Ingredients
- 1.5 cups goji berries
- 1 Apple, diced small
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup St. Germain elderflower cordial (or grand mariner, or a fruit wine)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
- Cook for about 1/2 an hour until fruit is very soft and liquid is reduced by half.
- Serve on a holiday cheeseboard with assorted local cheeses, crostini, fresh fruit and spiced nuts.
