apple elderflower and goji berry chutneyIngredients

  • 1.5 cups goji berries
  • 1 Apple, diced small
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup St. Germain elderflower cordial (or grand mariner, or a fruit wine)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Cook for about 1/2 an hour until fruit is very soft and liquid is reduced by half.
  • Serve on a holiday cheeseboard with assorted local cheeses, crostini, fresh fruit and spiced nuts.
